This website service is provided by Coastlog Industries, Ltd. (U.S.A.) ("Coastlog"), solely for the purpose of enabling customers of Coastlog to place orders for product ("Website Service"). It may not be used for any other purpose. Additional terms apply as provided by the laws of the State of Michigan and by Federal law. You agree to all of the following terms and conditions by placing an order or otherwise by your use of this Website Service. 1. Orders The minimum order through this website is one (1) case of product plus shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are based upon weight and destination. 2. Time for Orders Orders may be placed seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. Generally, orders from this website which are received before 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Saturday (but not legal holidays) are processed within twenty-four (24) hours, which means that Coastlog is determining the availability of the product ordered. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Saturday, are processed the next business day. Generally, product is shipped to the customer within seventy-two (72) hours of Coastlog receiving the product. Orders may be remitted by telecopier (fax) at (248)344-9559. 3. Returned Orders & Products Product purchases from this website may be returned only at the discretion of Coastlog and may be returned only for credit against the purchase of substitute product, provided that a return authorization is requested and the returned product is shipped to Coastlog within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery of the product to the purchaser. Products subject to this return policy must not be outdated or opened. All returned orders, other than those returned for defects or non-conformance, are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee and a $4.50 handling charge per case. You must request a return authorization for all orders. Any defective or non-conforming product must be reported in writing by electronic mail and by telecopier (fax) to Coastlog within twenty-four (24) hours of your receipt of the product. Product will be deemed received as of the date and time indicated by the carrier on the bill of lading or other shipping documentation. Your notice to Coastlog of the defective or non-conforming product must be accompanied by the invoice number and a written description of the problem or condition whch renders the product defective or non-conforming. You must request a return authorization for the return of the defective or non-conforming product. If you fail to notify Coastlog of damaged product within the above twenty-four (24) hour period, Coastlog might be unable to timely notify the shipper to make a claim, which will delay or prevent your receiving credit for the damaged product. If you notify Coastlog of the damaged product in accordance with these requirements, a return authorization will be issued, the damaged product will be retrieved from you by private courier, and your account will be credited. Return authorizations must be requested by telephone. Each return authorization is assigned a return authorization number, which must be referenced on the return shipping container. Coastlog will not accept delivery of any return which does not bear the correct return authorization. Allow at least thirty (30) days for any return credit on your credit card account. 4. Order Cancellations All orders which are canceled prior to shipment are subject to a fiftenn percent (15%) restocking fee and a $4.50 handling charge per case. Cancellations must be received within twenty-four (24) hours of your placing the order. Allow at least thirty (30) days for any cancellation credit on you credit card account. 5. ID Number and Passwords Access to the services on this website is accomplished through the use of a customer identification number and a password whch will be issued to you upon registration. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your password, and Coastlog shall not have any liability for its unauthorized use. You agree to notify Coastlog promptly of any unauthorized use of your password. You will remain liable for any orders placed through this website service until you notify Coastlog in writing of the unauthorized use of your password. 6. Customer Registration Data Unauthorized Use You agree to provide Coastlog with accurate, complete and updated information as required by registration for the website service ("Customer Registration Data"), including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, credit card account number and expiration date and/or bank account information, and promptly to notify Coastlog of any change in you Customer Registration Date. Your credit card information is provided to Coastlog over a secured connection. Coastlog will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your credit card information remains confidential and that it is available only to personnel who require the information in connection with your order. 7. Fees, Payment and Access Expense You are responsible for, and agree to pay promptly, all charges to your account, including applicable taxes and purchases by you or anyone you allow to use this website service, including your children, other customers of you family or friends. Fees and charges will be assessed in accordance with the then current Coastlog fee schedule which can be accessed online. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when dut under the Coastlog fee schedule. Coastlog may charge the amounts directly to the credit card identified in your Customer Registration Data, and Coastlog may suspend or terminate your access to the Coastlog website service. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that Coastlog incurrs in its efforts to collect any unpade balances from you. Your access to this website is subject to limits established by Coastlog or by your credit card issurer. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or a payment is returned to Coastlog for any reason, including charge backs, Coastlog reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website service and you customer account.
