  Within 15 days of delivery, you may return any product purchases from Coastlog for full credit as long as the items are not outdated or opened.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns and a $4.50 shipping charge per case.

Order cancellations will also have a 15% restocking fee for returns and a $4.50 shipping charge per case. Cancellations must take place within 24 hours of placing the purchase.

If you have been shipped an incorrect order, Coastlog will return all incorrect items at our expense. Your account can be credited or a re-order can be placed. For all incorrect orders please contact us via e-mail, and we will submit to you a return authorization and have your incorrect items picked up for you by UPS.

Please send all defective or spoiled products back to us. We will have our quality control department identify the problem and inform you of the results. If we find the products to be defective, your account will be fully credited, including the costs to ship the product back to Coastlog. You also have the option of placing a re-order. If we find that the product was not defective, we will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product and the shipping.

For any products that you receive that are damaged upon receipt of delivery, please notify us within 24 hours via e-mail. A return authorization will be submitted to you and we will notify UPS and a claim will be filed. The product will be picked up by UPS and your account will be credited.

Please allow 30 days for reimbursing your credit card account and 15 days for sending you your re-order.
